Silvia Gherlan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Silvia joined Families First in August 2023 as a Finance & Administration Director. Silvia is a dedicated leader with extensive and diversified experience in financial reporting, analysis and management. Prior to joining Families First, for the last ten years, Silvia was the CFO of NSM Services Inc, which is the management company of a chain of organic health food stores named Nutrition Smart. This is where she developed a better understanding and appreciation of the relationship between nature and our health and well-being.

Personal interests include cooking, reading and being surrounded by family and friends.
