Cash
By making a cash gift by check, credit card or setting up an automatic transfer from your bank account, you will have the opportunity to see your generosity in action. Cash donations can also be included in your will or living trust.
Appreciated securities
Give a gift of long-term appreciated securities such as stocks, funds, or charitable rollover. These gifts are a great way to create a Charitable Remainder Trust, a Charitable Lead Trust, or a Donor Advised Fund.
Life insurance
Naming Families First as a beneficiary of your existing life insurance policy is a meaningful way to contribute to our cause. You could also initiate a new policy with the express intention of supporting the organization in the future.
Real estate
A gift of real estate such as a personal or vacation residence, land, or commercial property can be a generous way to support Families First. You can give real estate in the form of a bargain sale or a gift in your will or living trust.
