Bridges To Success

Bridges To Success, a nationally accredited program, provides permanent supportive housing for families in Royal Palm Beach and the Glades area of Palm Beach County. Families enrolled in this program have been diagnosed with a medical or psychological disability that impairs their ability to be self-sufficient. Once housing is secured, we work with families and other organizations to help them on their path to self-sufficiency.

Thank you!

“I wanted to first say thank you to Families First for helping me in 2011 when I was about to be homeless. At that time, I was very sick with a heart issue and could not work. Through the program, they took away the stress of not having a place for me and my three children so I could concentrate on getting healthier and being able to become independent again. Families First had several programs that helped me to be more stable. I still have heart issues, but I was able to find a work-from-home job and soon was able to buy my very first home. Families first is a blessing for me! I went from homeless and a credit score of 450 to buying my very first home and a 760-credit score. Thank you so much!”
