Kyle Jemtrud is a Managing Director at Greystone, a commercial real estate lending, investment, and advisory company. He leads the Minnesota & South Florida offices, lending nationally on multifamily properties across a range of mortgage platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, and Bridge. Prior to joining Greystone in 2016, Kyle was President of Seaside Capital Group, a private commercial mortgage brokerage. He has also held lending roles at 1^st United Bank, Bank of St. Croix, Jefferson Bank of Florida, and Allied Capital.
