Jennifer joined the board of Families First in 2019. She has worked as a human resources executive and consultant in the private and public sectors for more than 25 years in the healthcare, hospitality, construction and consumer goods industries. She has been responsible for policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance, training and development and talent acquisition, to name a few areas of responsibility.

 

She is an active member of Quantum House’s advisory board and previously served on the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida’s board of directors and chaired the board development committee.  She is a member of the Human Resources Association of Palm Beach County, Society of Human Resources Management, Florida HR Council, and National Association of Professional Women.
