Stephanie Langlais has joined the team at Families First of Palm Beach County. She will be serving as Philanthropy Director and looking forward to raising money to sustain the relevant and much needed programs that serve over 3,000 children and families in South Florida each year. In 2005, Stephanie received a call from the American Red Cross to help with a telethon in response to the devastating Hurricane Katrina. After two weeks of volunteering, she accepted a full-time position as Manager of Special Events and moved into the Development Director position within the year. She served as the Director of Development for the Red Cross for the next 7 years before accepting a new position with the Max Planck Florida Institute as Director of Major Gifts. She has continued to serve in various capacities in the Palm Beach County non-profit sector as a Director of Development, Special Events and Marketing. Stephanie is involved with the local chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a former member of the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches and an active member of Leadership Palm Beach County, class of 2014.
