Sharonda Crawford joined Families First in 2010 and works in the Healthy Families Program. Sharonda has a wealth of experience in the Healthy Families Program and has worked as a Family Assessment Worker, Family Support Worker, Family Support Worker Supervisor, and now as Program Director. 

Sharonda is a member of the School Advisory Council at Pahokee Middle/Senior High School and Kathryn E. Cunningham Canal Point Elementary school. She is a member of the Glades Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Sharonda is a board member of the Pahokee Pride Youth Athletic League, Inc. She’s a member of the Board of Trustees of Harvest African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church. 

Sharonda received her Bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2004 from South University and a Master’s in Counseling in 2010 from Webster University.
