He represents privately-held companies with an emphasis on physician groups, academic medical centers, and affiliated providers. He also specializes in non-profit tax issues, providing advice on private inurement, private benefit and excess benefit transactions, as well as unrelated business income taxation, joint ventures, conflicts of interest and governance issues.
