Development Director
Peter Thate joined Families First in March 2022 as the Development Director. In this role, he is responsible for identifying new supporters, fostering current donor relations, and managing all events associated with Families First. Additionally, Peter focuses on Planned Giving, Annual Giving, Major Gifts, and Foundation Board expansion.
Peter has worked in non-profit fundraising for more than 7 years and has an extensive background in fundraising, donor cultivation and event management. Prior to joining Families First, Peter was employed by two national nonprofit organizations in Palm Beach County.
When Peter is not working for Families First, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
