Monte Resnick is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Resnick Wealth Alliance. His vision for establishing RWA was to elevate the private client experience by prioritizing individualized attention and extending services and access typically reserved at the highest level of wealth. Today, RWA clients benefit from a deep network of subject matter experts and industry relationships curated over Monte’s 23-year career in wealth and investment management.
Over his decades long career in financial services, Monte has served as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals, families, and institutions, providing actionable guidance on all matters pertaining to their financial well-being.

Prior to establishing Resnick Wealth Alliance, Monte led the southeast expansion for both a nationally recognized Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and an independent multi-family office. Previously, he served as a vice president with Neuberger Berman, collaborating with renowned investment managers on behalf of his clients. Monte began his financial services career in 2001 as a Private Wealth Advisor with Alliance Bernstein.

A firm believer in community engagement, Monte is active on numerous boards and committees. He currently serves on the board of Quantum House, where he chairs the Investment Committee. He is also a board member for the Families First of Palm Beach County Foundation, where he also serves on the Investment Committee. Monte is an active member of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, and an Executive Trustee Council Member for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce. He also holds the distinct honor of being a Past President of the Board of Governors for Leadership Palm Beach County. Monte’s dedication to community service reflects his belief in making a positive impact beyond the realm of financial management.

Monte is a graduate of State University of New York at Albany. He is also a trusted media source and has been a contributor and appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox News.
Monte and his wife Sheri live in Jupiter, Florida and are the proud parents of 3 grown children.
