Lizeth Henry is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and IMH-Endorsed Reflective Supervisor with several years of experience providing trauma-informed mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Fluent in English and Spanish, she specializes in multiple therapeutic modalities, including Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), EMDR, Play Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions, facilitating therapeutic and psychoeducational groups and developing individualized treatment plans for at-risk and vulnerable populations. Lizeth has actively participated in the Early Childhood Court (ECC), providing CPP interventions for infants and toddlers involved in the child welfare system. In her leadership roles, she has guided clinical teams, delivered reflective supervision, overseen program operations, and trained clinicians in best practices for working with foster families and diverse community clients. A Registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, she supports caregivers in fostering secure attachments and healthy parent-child relationships while collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. An active member of the Florida Association for Infant Mental Health (FAIMH), EMDR International Association, and the Association for Play Therapy (APT), Lizeth is recognized for her collaborative approach and unwavering commitment to promoting emotional regulation, healthy attachment, and long-term well-being for children and families.
