Families First of Palm Beach County is seeking a licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to serve youth and their families of students attending a school located in Palm Beach County. Consideration will be given to a registered intern actively seeking licensure. Must have an ability to conduct in-school therapy and consultations with teachers and school faculty when necessary and conduct family sessions in school when indicated. Experience working with youth and families where there are mental health and/or behavioral issues, and have knowledge of and ability to administer assessments (i.e.: CFARS, FARS). The ability to conduct assessments to a diverse population of students as well as possessing the ability to conduct sessions in a second language is highly desirable. This position also affords the applicant to become a member of the school’s mental health team and actively participate in school based team meetings.
