With the generous $100,000 grant awarded this past year, our Infant Mental Health (IMH) program significantly expanded its services to Head Start and Early Head Start programs in South Palm Beach County. As a result of this funding, 41 classrooms benefited from ongoing classroom observations and consultations provided by our IMH therapists throughout the school year, aimed at evaluating and enhancing social-emotional support services. Additionally, 17 children in the region received and successfully completed individualized services from our IMH clinicians, demonstrating positive outcomes at discharge. Furthermore, our IMH staff delivered workshops and teacher training sessions to 254 Head Start and Early Head Start educators, supporting their professional development and strengthening the overall quality of care.
