In 2015, Gabriela joined Families First of Palm Beach County as a care coordinator in the Child First program. In 2020, she transitioned to the Development Department, assisting with fundraising and managing the agency’s social media accounts. In 2024, she assumed the role of Chief Development Officer.

With over two decades of experience in child and family services, Gabriela has dedicated her career to supporting vulnerable populations. In 2002, she worked as a Child Protective Investigator with the Department of Children and Families and later as a case worker for the Healthy Start Program in Miami-Dade County.

Gabriela earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Miami in 2001.
