Brenda L. Bryant is a seasoned executive and community leader with more than 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, information technology, and strategic management. She pivoted and added, government relations to her career path, serving as Legislative Aide to the leader of the Florida Senator. In this position she managed municipal matters for the Glades communities and worked closely with local governments, residents, and state agencies to address community priorities and improve access to resources. Brenda currently serves as City Manager for the City of Pahokee.

A graduate of Leadership Glades Class of 2025 and a board member of the Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, Brenda is deeply committed to strengthening Palm Beach County communities through collaboration, advocacy, and service. She began her professional career as a computer programmer with Florida Power & Light and later held executive leadership roles with Wackenhut Corporation, AmeriService/ProSource Distribution, and ViaSource Communications, where she led technology operations, strategic planning, and organizational development initiatives.

Brenda holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Business Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Florida A&M University. She brings to Families First of Palm Beach County a passion for mentoring, community engagement, and helping organizations create lasting, positive impact for children and families.
