Families First of Palm Beach County is currently accepting applications for the Betty Bell Scholarship.  This scholarship is awarded to an individual who is currently employed by Families First or working as an intern with the agency.  The individual must be enrolled in a Bachelor of Social Work or related field or currently enrolled in a Master of Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy. Counseling program, or related degree in an accredited university in Florida.  The individual must have a history of and currently maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have intentions of continued employment with Families First or another social service agency serving the residents of Palm Beach County.  The Board of Directors will be awarding this scholarship to a student who will be seeking a career in working with children and families. The scholarship winner is selected by the Board of Directors and will be given the scholarship in November.  Applications must be received by Monday, September 30^th, by 5 p.m.
