Early Childhood Court
Families First of Palm Beach County is seeking a mental health clinician who has completed training or in the process of completing training in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), has knowledge of working with children 0 to 5 and experience working in the court system preferred. The clients served will be families with young children who are presently in the foster care system and are working toward reunification. Must have an ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams in conjunction with the Department of Children and Families and the court system. Bi-lingual preferred and strong writing and clinical skills a must. Must be willing to do home visits and clinic – court-based work. Must be willing to work flexible hours based on clients’ needs. Experience working with children and families where there is mental health, developmental and/or behavioral concern is extremely helpful. Licensed as a LCSW, LMHC or LMFT is preferred, but Registered Interns actively seeking licensure will be considered.
