Admirals Cove Foundation Award Grant to Families First of Palm Beach County for Behavioral Health Services
Jupiter, Florida – April 24, 2025
Admirals Cove Foundation, Inc., in collaboration with the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center, is proud to announce the awarding of a Families First of Palm Beach County grant to support its Behavioral Health Services program. This initiative underscores a shared commitment to improving the lives of families and children in the northern Palm Beach County community.
The grant will bolster the Behavioral Health Services program, which provides trauma- informed, family-driven care to at-risk children, youth, and their families. By offering flexible treatment strategies tailored to individual needs, his program aims to reduce symptoms associated with mental health challenges while fostering stability at home and school. In 2024 alone, Families First served 254 families, including 498 children and 422 adults, achieving an impressive 89% reduction in mental health symptoms among students.
Admirals Cove Foundation’s mission to enhance education, health, and social services aligns seamlessly with the objectives of Families First’s Behavioral Health Services program. By joining forces with Admirals Cove Foundation for this grant initiative, Families First and the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center reinforce their commitment to nurturing the well-being of local families.
