Families First of Palm Beach County operates as a tax-exempt nonprofit under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 65-0166352. Donations made to our organization are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. In addition, the Families First of Palm Beach County Foundation, Inc., established in 2012, also holds a 501(c)(3) status with EIN 45-5184288. The Foundation was created to cultivate financial resources dedicated to building stronger families and communities through the programs of Families First.
